  • What should I wear?
Wear workout apparel that you are comfortable in and not too baggy, so instructors can observe your spine. Shoes are not needed. We require socks in our private studio and recommend Toe Sox for optimal grip and safety for equipment classes. We do recommend grip socks for better traction on the equipment. Grip socks are required for group classes, duets and trios. We recommend that woman wear their hair up and men wear biker shorts underneath any baggy shorts.
  • Is Pilates good for men?
Yes! Pilates is great for men and women. Many men benefit most in the adaptable equipment environment.
  • What is the difference between Pilates Mat and Pilates Equipment?
