What should I wear?Wear workout apparel that you are comfortable in and not too baggy, so instructors can observe your spine. Shoes are not needed. We require socks in our private studio and recommend Toe Sox for optimal grip and safety for equipment classes. We do recommend grip socks for better traction on the equipment. Grip socks are required for group classes, duets and trios. We recommend that woman wear their hair up and men wear biker shorts underneath any baggy shorts.
